When the wireless earbuds are working, the following problems can be encountered and the solutions.

(1) When the wireless earbuds are continuously disconnected and reconnected, please check whether the distance between the earbuds and the mobile phone is too far. (The effective linear distance between the wireless earbud and the mobile phone is 10 meters. If there are many walls between the earbud and the mobile phone, the effective distance will be shorter.)

(2) When the single mode appears, one earbuds will not work. If you want to restore twin mode, put the earbuds back into the charging case, turn off the Bluetooth device of the phone, or delete the earbud connection record (“cloud”), remove the earbuds from the charging case and wait 5 seconds, turn on the Bluetooth device of the phone and display Connect and pair, the pairing is successful.
